Once per day, when the wearer is reduced to 0 hp, they may continue to act. At the end of their next turn, if they are still at 0 hp, they fall unconscious. While up and acting at 0 hp, you continue to accumulate death saving throws as usual.


When you are reduced to 0 hp by the hostile action of another creature, defeat that creature while you are still at 0 hp.
